The South of England Hound Show

It is with great sadness that I have to report that John Robson MC, our Patron, passed away in the early hours of Saturday morning 10th December.  Having been associated with the Old Surrey & Burstow Hunt since 1935 he, at various times, held the post of amateur whipper-in to Jack Champion, Joint Master from 1974 until 1986 and President of the OS&B and the amalgamated OSB&WKH until as recently as 2008. John and his family were also staunch supporters of the Bolebroke Beagles during the Mastership of Phil Burrows.

John will be greatly missed by those to whom he was a friend and confidant and those to whom he was always welcoming and willing to help if there was a problem which needed 'expertise'.  

Our sincere condolences go to his sons and their families.
